We are a small-scale sustainable farm, hand-sowing and hand-harvesting everything we grow ––– the bulk of which is garlic.
We also grow a few other things –––baby turmeric & ginger, saffron, luffa sponges, and bottle gourds for crafting. Some of the gourds we turn into birdhouses.
We are committed to improving our soil's health through tillage reduction, crop rotation, green manure cover cropping, and the use of only certified organic fertilizers. We are proud to be CERTIFIED NATURALLY GROWN.
This year (2019) we're transitioning to become a fully no-till operation, which means using a permanent bed system to grow all of our crops with minimal soil disruption. Don't worry, though, our sweet 1956 Farmall is staying with us. Still lots of mulch to move around.
